CHANGE OF MIND ON FULL PRICE ITEMS
If you are not happy with your purchase or need another size we offer an exchange or online credit voucher to the value of the original purchase price, excluding freight, provided that:
a) You return the item within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
b) The item is unworn, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. (All shoes must have been tried on a carpeted surface). Please ensure that all returns are enclosed in a satchel for protection or the return may be refused.
c) You provide the original receipt as proof of purchase.
*Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
Sale items can only be exchanged. A shipping & handling fee of $4.95 per item is applicable for the exchange of any sale item.
YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND
Please note that we are not legally obliged to issue a refund because you have changed your mind.
You are entitled to a refund for items purchased if the item is faulty. Goods will be deemed faulty if they are damaged when received or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not considered to be a fault. Upon receipt of the returned goods, M DREAMS will inspect the goods and if deemed faulty, your choice of an exchange, online credit voucher or refundwill be issued.
For the exchange of any SALE item purchased online, the item must be returned via post to our ONLINE LOCATION at Kingsville for processing, as per the below steps.
For the exchange of any FULL PRICED item purchased online, you can visit one of our M DREAMS retail stores to exchange OR return via post to our ONLINE LOCATION, as per the below steps.
To return an item to our Online Store, please follow the steps below:
a) Complete the Return Form sent with your order.
b) Post your Order together with the completed Return Form to:

c) Once received an email will be sent advising we have received your returned goods.
Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days from this email confirmation.
The customer is responsible for the cost of postage to return items to the Online Store. Postage will be reimbursed if the item is deemed faulty.
Please note our Online Policy differs from our In-store Policy.
