COVID-19 Response

An update on how we are working with COVID-19:
Online Orders are still being processed daily.  Head Office is working with a skeleton staff as the majority of us are working from home.
We are following all the health and safety guidelines as set out by the Australian Government & Health Officials.
Online orders are shipped through Australia Post for both domestic and international orders. Please note that Australia Post have put into place the following system in regards to COVID-19.
  • For all parcels, including parcels that have a signature requirement, Australia Post are getting verbal communication from the doorway that the recipient is the authorized receiver, taking a photo and leaving the parcel at the doorstep without any contact with the recipient.

  • If nobody is home, the normal process of leaving a card and the recipient picking up the parcel at the local Post Office is still being followed.
